A group of ladies here at Pinewood started our group in 2015. To date we have sent out 5,641 dresses and dolls to girls in 40 different countries by 63 missionaries. We are part of an international group that has sent out 3,000,000 dresses around the world.
Our goal is simple, we want to make Gods best dresses for girls in desperate living situations. The dresses are given free with the message God loves you, and a lady you don’t know has made this dress especially for you and has prayed for your protection and provision.

In addition, village pastors tell us that a girl wearing a new dress presents an appearance that she is well cared for and may discourage would-be predators. Since we attach our Dress a Girl label on the outside of each dress, it sends an additional message that each girl is under the care of an organization, giving her added protection from those who would harm her, predators or traffickers.
We meet each month on the second Saturday at Pinewood in Room S4 from 9:30-12pm.
